Eurogrowth is a young Property Fund, managed by passionate professionals where its number one objective is to offer to investors’ outstanding investment returns.

Eurogrowth Property Fund is designed for investors looking for low volatile investments in real property without the need to directly purchase, manage and maintain such real property. The fund’s current investment objective is to invest in a diversified portfolio of real property assets in Cyprus. At the moment the fund will solely concentrate in properties in Cyprus as the property investment potentials in this new member country of the European Union are enormous.

The Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of properties. The decision as to whether to sell or rent certain properties owned by the fund will be taken near the time of completion of each project and based upon the market at the relevant time. Eurogrowth Property Fund intends to invest in any secure property assets, which will offer attractive returns in a reasonable period of time. The fund’s priority is to create a strategic financial growth for its shareholders within a safe environment. Potential investments will be investigated with the assistance of the fund’s Investment Advisors and the consultation of an Independent Investment Committee.

The Eurogrowth Fund has the freedom to target markets on a strategic basis. The fund’s geographic diversification will target locations and different markets at different stages of their respective property cycles.

The Fund aims to acquire directly or indirectly through special purpose vehicles:

  • Offices

  • Commercial real estate

  • Residential real estate

  • Tourist properties

    The Eurogrowth Fund will aim to hold approximately 80% of its assets in direct property.

  • The property market throughout Cyprus is one of the fastest growing in the European Union and prices in some areas are increasing by an annual average of 30%.

Accession has brought with it several benefits to the Cypriot economy, while the country now gains from increased EU financial assistance. Services and products now have access to a huge single market with free movement of goods and this can only have positive repercussions on the Cypriot economy.
